To enable legacy device types to also be listed in the Device tab and the Backup tab in the NovaBACKUP 21 client, to for instance be able to select as backup targets, to enable the "ShowLegacyDevices" flag, read the KB article .

If the ShowLegacyDevices flag is enabled it will show the Legacy Backup devices then, such as this example, where the C: and the E: drive are now showing as devices in the backup client Device tab:
